This 32 page children's book done in collaboration with author Naomi Magnus. Her storytelling and vision blend with Shanae Lavelle's illustrations suck you into a world with a bubble-blowing dragon, a sassy fairy, and a sophisticated turtle.

A collection of watercolor and ink illustrations exploring a variety of simplified machines and their place in the home, in labor, and in people. These pieces aim to present both parody and fear of the ever-present techno-feudalism of modern life.
mixed media life drawings
A body of paintings and drawings exploring bodies in motion, still, and changing over time. Pieces have evolved over several years with varying live figure models and some photo referenced material. Every body part shown comes from friends, acquaintances, and models in meat space as opposed to the online space.
